 How to do it:

This yoga Mudra pose should be accompanied along with padmasana. This is called the Mudra of life as it improves our vital life force and empowers our life from the inside out.  you will have to Touch the tip of the thumb with the ring finger and the little finger together, while keeping the other two fingers straight. Take a regular breath, breathe in and exhale for a few seconds. You can also chant So-Hum while inhaling and hum on while exhaling. Now try to focus on your mind. You will sense a sudden vibration in your body, a likely situation where your body feels like floating . It has to be perform around 30 to 45 minutes  to obtain the perfect result.
