         Guru Purnima


Guru Purnima is traditional Indian festival of Hindu & the Buddhists.This is the day to revere, respect and pay obeisance to the Guru , who lights the lamp of wisdom in the heart of pupils. And on this day, we have to specially worship Maharishi Veda Vyas , the great guru of all four Vedas, eighteen Purana , the Mahabharata and Srimad Bhagawatam. Guru purnima is widely celebrated occasion in schools , colleges , universities of India and Nepal.  
Guru Purnima is a spiritual day , Guru is someone who teach life lessons and lead us to a path of Glory .

The Mantra which is to be chanted on Guru Purnima is : -

"Gurur Brahma , Gurur Vishnu, Gurur Devo Maheshwara
Gurur Sakshat Parambrahma , Tasmai Shre Gurave Namah"




The Guru is equal to Lord  Brahma - the creator ,Lord  Vishnu - the preserver and Lord Shiva - the destroyer , over and above all guru is always the one who will help you out in all your tough time, motivate you to be on right path. The Guru attains a paramount importance in the spiritual life of the students. 
              Therefore , the role of guru shall continue to guide the students not only in single birth , but through several birth they would go through.

In the year 2019 , the Guru Purnima falls on the 16th July 2019 , On this day , its appropriate to pay our respect to veda vyas who is the key player in disbursing the ancient culture to all men and women born on this holy land. This day is meant for undertaking new beginnings and  engaging in spiritual studies and discussions with our mentors.

Guru is everything in our eternal life ,
nothing is possible without him.
life needs some power to push you up,
 guru is that super power.
