BUDDHI MUDRA


The term BUDDHI means “perception “and MUDRA means “gesture”. Budhhi mudra is a yoga hand gesture which is designed to improve mental clarity. It is a hand mudra which has healing properties. It can also help strengthen your intuitive knowledge. When the little finger, which symbolizes water and communication, touches the thumb, which represents divine nature and fire, the buddhi mudra signifies fluid communication and access to inner knowledge.
Technique of Mudra:  You can perform this Mudra by touching the tips of little finger and thumb together with light pressure and thus other fingers remains comfortably extended.
Benefits of Mudra :   Practicing Buddhi Mudra is to develop psychic, intuitive energy and cure or provide relief from a range of diseases that result from a lack of water in the body, including:
