SHRAVAN MONTHS Shravan maas is considered as most auspicius .  its th fifth month of of solar year and is also known as "AVANI" in Tamil scriptures. But there’s one act of self-care that is very often neglected, and it might be even more important than all the others that is the practice of loving yourself .
